iittala is a leading design company in home ware. Its success is largely due to its modern Scandinavian design with legendary designers Kaj Franck (1911-1989) and Alvar Aalto (1898-1976) as the cornerstones for the brand.

Our mission was to increase the brand heat in general and the retail heat in particular. Meaning both the number of visitors, their frequency and the turn over per visitor.

Stockholm Design Lab created a comprehensive design program, a range strategy and a new retail concept.
