Break A New Ground AB (BANG) was founded in 2014 to break the negative trend in the transport industry. Their aim is to make all companies in the logistics industry more efficient and profitable in order to save resources, prevent unnecessary emissions, and reduce the industry’s environmental impact.

Assignment

Today, the logistics industry is struggling with complex IT infrastructure, outdated and insufficient planning tools, and a great lack of trade lane visibility. BANG approached us with an idea, a revolutionary logistics software: affordable and easy-to-use. There was no name, not a line of code written. But a clear vision and direction, and a good blueprint. We were trusted to distill years of experience and research into a new brand and innovative product.

Solution

Farewell emerged from a close collaboration with BANG. The new brand and product were developed side-by-side: brand strategy, values and brand expressions were deeply integrated with the interface design and functionality of the software. Simple, precise tools that could offer users unprecedented insights. A category-defining brand with a revolutionary product. A turning point for logistics.

Result

Highly anticipated, Farewell launched in September 2015. The initial interest from the industry has been considerable. A new standard for logistics software has been set, and we’re excited to see even more companies welcome Farewell into their supply chains.
