When joining the team at SDL as a Brand Strategist/Account Director, you will contribute significantly when leading the strategic and creative processes through your to-the-point business thinking and fluent understanding and handling of complexity. You are a central part of each assignment and take a holistic responsibility in the work and client relationship.

As a Brand Strategist/Account Director, you make an important contribution to Stockholm Design Lab’s offering. We believe that simple, remarkable ideas can transform businesses and brands, which requires strategic precision from the beginning to the end of each assigned challenge. Your ability to establish and convey such strategies through multi-stakeholder organisations is pivotal for the end result. You will lead the projects from the initial conversations, to research and insights – taking ideas from Figma boards and Keynote decks into the real world whilst smoothly leading the client from start to finish.

This could be your background and previous experiences:
You have 8+ years of experience from working in strategic and creative processes within branding and communication. You may have worked in agencies in a strategic role with account responsibility, on the brand owner side with brand responsibilities, or a mix of both.
Either way, you are a team player and used to leading complex projects within business-, design- and communication strategy, you are hands-on in the insights and strategy phases and driven by an ambition to build and nurture long relationships. To succeed in this role you have a documented experience from brand strategy work and project management in the digital field, such as web, service design, app development, brand portals and so on. You are comfortable conducting presentations and workshops on a C-suite management level in an international context.
