As a Graphic Designer at SDL you should be able demonstrate command of visual and communication design principles throughout conceptual route explorations, as well as executing pixel-perfect designs that speak to the strategic and creative direction. You work both independently and as part of teams and demonstrate a great understanding of the design language and media requirements, having advanced technical and troubleshooting skills. And above all, you are dedicated to delivering quality design craftsmanship with attention to detail.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
— Open-minded and curious, with empathy for real people and needs.
— Excellence in aesthetics, with an eye for detail through final execution and pixel perfect delivery.
— A problem solver with the ability to translate requirements into design.
— A skilled communicator and team member, working methodically and meeting deadlines.
— Comfortable and experienced in taking a concept into reality.
— Developing ideas, rationales, assets, applications, presentations and guidelines.
— Experience of final layouts of graphic concepts by refining type size, style, color theory, and more.
— Thinking holistically and systematically when creating design expressions.
— Organized and flexible, to juggle multiple projects in different phases.
— Passionate about collaboration and not afraid to go outside of your comfort zone or discipline.
— Humble enough to take direction, brave to offer critical feedback.
— A relevant education and more than 3 years of experience in the field of graphic design.
— An interest in motion design and animation.

Tools:
— Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar.
— Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D or similar (is a bonus)
